A Blast from the Past with Our VolunteersBINHI volunteers grooved back to the 70s at BINHI’s Volunteers’ Appreciation Day held last February 3, 2024 at the SEDCCO Bldg. in Makati City.! It was a joyous celebration filled with colorful costumes and vibrant energy, recognizing everyone’s selfless contributions to the BINHI Learning Program. Fostering literacy together with our Mid-test Activity and BINHI Buddy ProgramMid-test Activity: BINHI is immensely grateful to the 146 volunteer testers who joined forces to measure the reading progress of our BINHI Scholars. Their tireless efforts and dedication were instrumental in making the Mid-test Activity in our 18 partner schools a success. BINHI Buddy Training Launch and Regrouping: BINHI launched its online tutoring program offering accessible and user-friendly modules for the BINHI Buddy tutors! BINHI recently hosted the first training session and regrouping, and it was inspiring to see so many dedicated volunteers attend. BINHI is still open to accept volunteers who are willing to spend one hour a week to conduct one-on-one reading remedial sessions with one of our scholars. Online lesson modules are provided for the convenience of our volunteers.
